    Patch release for the public beta.

    • Synchronizes the public README and deployment metadata with v2.0.3.
    • Fixes malformed recorder radio replies leaving API queries unsettled or stalling queued work.
    • Includes a regression test for malformed radio data and queue recovery.
    • Production uses the matching latest image and the versioned image git.uberplex.ca/renfrewcountyscanner/trunk-fleet-monitor:v2.0.3.

    Rollback: use the previous versioned image tag and private deployment snapshot.
